Refund & Returns Policy

At Kesari Hut – The Name of Trust, customer satisfaction is our priority. We deal in premium quality saffron, dry fruits, honey, spices, shilajit, herbs, and beauty products. Because many of our products are food and health-related items, we follow strict safety and hygiene standards.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged or leaking product received

• Product missing from the order

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and sealed in original packaging

• Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear photos or unboxing video proof must be provided

• Original invoice or order number must be shared

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, opened food items cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email

2. Share your Order Number

3. Attach photos or video showing the issue

4. Mention your contact number

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

3. Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders:

• Refund will be sent via UPI or Bank Transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake was from our side.

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer:

• Replacement of damaged or incorrect product

• Shipment of missing item

Replacement depends on stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Opened or used food products

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

• Orders placed with incorrect address details

• Delay caused by courier service or natural events beyond our control

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

If cancellation is approved before shipping, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

7. Quality Assurance

All products at Kesari Hut are checked for quality and packed carefully before dispatch. Since we deal with natural and edible products, minor variation in color, texture, or aroma may occur. This does not qualify for return unless the product is defective.
