1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once our team confirms that the order has not been dispatched, your cancellation request will be accepted.
After approval:
• Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer.
2. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
This is because food and natural products are packed securely and sent quickly to maintain freshness and hygiene. Accepting returns after shipping can affect product safety and quality.
However, if there is a problem such as a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
3. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order, contact us with:
• Order Number • Name used while ordering • Contact Number
Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:
• Order already shipped • Custom or bulk orders prepared specially • Incorrect address provided by customer • Delivery delayed due to courier issues beyond our control
5. Kesari Hut’s Right to Cancel Orders
In rare situations, Kesari Hut may cancel an order due to:
• Product out of stock • Payment issue • Incorrect pricing error • Delivery not serviceable to location
If this happens, a full refund will be processed immediately.
6. Important Notes
• Please double-check your address and phone number before ordering. • Contact us quickly if you need to cancel. • Once packed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
